At Foundation Fix Africa our primary concern is for children who have been orphaned or left destitute and have nowhere else to turn but to our partners in Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Zambia who take them in and consider them as if their own children.

Among them is little Kupakwashe who was found by government authorities in Zimbabwe begging on the street for food and who was determined to be mentally challenged and uncommunicative.

Unable to get any more from him than his first name, he was brought to the Lerato Children’s Village in Zimbabwe to stay in the hopes that eventually someone would report him missing.

Tragically, no one came forward and the boy, estimated to be 11 years old, is one of the countless “miracle” children you have helped save from an uncertain — to say the least — future.

It is the children such as Kaupakwashe who bear the brunt of being undernourished — actually starving — during the most important years of their lives as their bodies and minds need healthy foods for their bodies and minds to grow and develop.

At Foundation Fix Africa, as we always have, we are desperately trying to help as many children like Kaupawashe as possible providing support to our partners.
